Josh Champ, | The Pomerleau Team

Josh Champ is a co-owner and founder of JP Willman Realty Twin Cities and currently serves as the Director of Agent Development.

He obtained his real estate license in 2012 after two years of working as a property manager. Since then, he has personally helped more than 500 families either sell or buy a home and has overseen thousands of transactions as JP Willman’s broker of record.

Josh meets every potential client with an open-minded attitude. He enjoys meeting new people every day, learning about their hopes and dreams for the future. Josh listens to clients’ specific needs and wants and then tailors a plan accordingly, striving to communicate at a high level throughout the buying and selling process. He offers honest, professional guidance and advocates for his clients. Josh is honored that clients put their trust in him to help them accomplish their goals. His sincere hope is that when they look back on their experience with him or any member of the JP Willman team, they’ll feel that their expectations were met – or exceeded – on every level.

Born and raised in the Gopher State, Josh earned a B.S. in psychology from the University of Minnesota. An avid (and so-so) golfer and NFL fan, he also enjoys cooking, quiet nights out with his wife, Amelia, and spending time with their daughter, Isabella.
